I’v been searching in google and didnt really find a way to do it, is it even possible to bake AO in unity free ?

Thanks. It seems like it is better to bake it in your 3d package, i usually make the whole scene in blender and export it as FBX to unity…
You should be able to bake AO using Unity Lightmapping tool.
