Unity Freezes after windows Standalone build, but build finishes

Have an issue with The Windows standalone build option. It creates the build with no problem, and opens the folder where the windows .exe file is located. But unity then gets stuck at 2/11 Layout Systems | 1 jobs after the build process. I left it overnight with no change. Have to crash Unity to restart the program

Also when I run the executable file it created, everything seems fine until it finally loads and the main camera runs off forever and I cant stop it.

Any ideas

Does the same issue happens with an empty project?

I started a new scene and it published my assets from the scene that didnt work, but when running the .exe file, my 1st person camera runs off into the distance uncontrollable.

Like I said before: create a new Unity project that only has the default scene and try it. If everything works, than you know the issue with you project and perhaps some scripts you have in it (including editor scripts).
