Unity Freezing After Starting Nav Mesh Bake

I’m using 2019.1.1f1 and every time I start to bake a navmesh, the editor freezes and it never really starts baking. I have to close it using the task manager. I know this is a bug and has been reported, but there is no solution for it. Has anyone figured out how to work around this? It worked a few days ago. Do I need to clear it first?
