Unity freezing on update license.

Good morning,

This is the 1st time using this software after buying a course. It requires this software but getting stuck on the stage in the attached.

Any help will be appreciated otherwise I’ve brought this course for nothing ): .

Also 4.6.3 will not download properly and comes up with an error upon running the download.

Happend to me as well but upon restart it worked just fine. Silly question but have you tried to reboot the program?
