Unity Gaming Services UGS types of support

Hello!
Are there any levels of support for UGS?
if not, how a company can get a direct support for UGS? Any levels?

Thanks for getting in touch with your question.

Currently all UGS users can request support from Unity support staff by submitting a ticket using the links in the Dashboard. On the ‘About’ landing page for each service you’ll find a ‘Support’ link that will allow you to file a ticket. These tickets will be routed to support teams with experience in the UGS service in question.

The support team will be happy to work with you on any issues you’re encountering. We aim to get everyone a prompt response on their tickets. Having said that support tickets from Pro and Enterprise license users will have SLAs requiring a quicker response from support staff.

Beyond this we do not offer any UGS specific paid tier support plans at this time.

Could you elaborate on what type of support plans & services you are interested in for UGS? Your feedback is important to us in understanding what our users want & how we can aim to deliver on that.

Hi @PhilG-Unity .
Currently, our goal is to implement a Listen Server architecture for a single player game. It will require data, voice transfer and Lobby.
I’ve tried several times to contact somebody from UGS sales or something similar to have further and clear information, but I haven’t been contacted yet. So, if you could contact me directly with somebody from UGS, that would be really appreciated.

Via which method did you try to contact the sales team? I’m not directly involved with that team but I can try to enquire with them. And under which name / organization / company? If you’d rather not share this info publicly you can direct message me on here with the details.

Regarding your question about UGS support plans what type of support is your organization looking for specifically?

Do you mean something like 24/7 on-call quick-response troubleshooting? Or consulting engineers to assist in building your project? Or something else entirely?

I could use some clarification on what you’re hoping for. Note that the examples above are hypothetical and don’t necessarily represent support options that are planned for UGS.
