Hello, My team have created a campaign Unity Growth since 2 weeks. We want to add fund for this campaign (about 1K$) but when we try to add funds then the popup tell us to contact support. Ok we have contacted support 2 weeks ago. We received one email tell us that the finance service will be advised .
But what a bullshit. Nobody contact us after that, 2 weeks to launch a campaign. Will return to Facebook Ads if Unity does not want our money.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As explained in the ticket, the additional review is happening because some accounts and transactions are routinely reviewed as part of Unity’s standard due to a diligence process.
