i get an error saying windows encountered an error and has to exit the program when its trying to unpack unity any ideas what might be the problem or how to solve? i have un-installed and re installed twice didn’t help any ideas would be welcome.

What’s the error? Do you get any particular error text or code? Is it on Mac or PC? Have you checked your harddisk space, memory, etc?
