Hello.
I am currently learning the Octane render inside of unity.
When i convert an unity material to an Octane/PBR Override shader, it wont render.
The material turns pink.
Is there some kind of setting to solve this matter?

I think HDRP needs HDRP materials, it’s using scriptable render pipeline. Unless that Edit/Render Pipeline material conversion works, you probably have to re-create the materials with HDRP.
“I think HDRP needs HDRP materials”. This makes sense. But how will i be able to render with Octane? I mean, it should work straight out from the box. I have re-installed the unity software just now and it still wont work.
Where is it stated that Octane Render works with HDRP? I was under the impression they weren’t compatible.
Tried with Lightweight render pipeline now. Does not work there either…Imgur: The magic of the Internet
