Hello,
I just got invited to an organization and given access to a Unity Cloud project. I have reinstalled the Hub a few times, cleared Unity Hub folders from the Roaming folder, logging in several times and nothing.
This is a client’s project and I have not been able to start working on it for a day now.
@Charles_Beauchemin , could you kindly look into this.
In the meantime, is there a workaround to download a cloud project and start working?
Someone from the hub team will reply to you with things to look into. Stay tuned.

Hi @Mintonne ,
Normally the cloud projects are loaded right after you log in. Right now, the only thing I might suggest is to try to log in to a 2018.x editor through the original launcher and see if the project is visible from there in the “In the Cloud” section of the recent projects. If the project is still not visible the issue might not be the Launcher/Hub. Has your client successfully shared this project with other team members? Can you see the new organization in your user account on the Unity dev dashboard?
If this doesn’t help resolve the issue please send me your Hub logs through direct message (don’t upload them here please) and we’ll have a look at the issue from up close.
Thanks again for posting!

Hey,
I think you might be right. The issue might not be the Hub. The project is also not showing up on the 2018.x launcher.
I am able to see the project on my dashboard.
I can see the collab timeline and the different project assets.
I was also able to export the project (I did not know that existed) from the dashboard, open it using the Hub and the project shows up on the Services tab linked to the correct organization and project.
I created a test project and that was picked up just fine by the Hub.
I will try to get a fresh invite. That might fix it.
Thank you for the help.
