Unity Hub 2.2.1 - Learn - projects - No download button for tutorial assests

From unity hub (2.2.1) I am unable to download any of the assets required for the ‘creator kits’ or any other projects, there is a link to the tutorial pages but the download button for the assets is simply not there?

Any suggestions? Clicking on the grey space does nothing.

Closed the Unity Hub, dragged and dropped the Unity Hub application to the Unity folder, and reopened it. Button seems to appear now. @koileaf
