@AbrahamDUnity The Hub just got a new update. According to the release notes, it should show the release candidate in the Add section. If I’m not mistaken, there is currently a release candidate, Unity 2019.3.0f1; it doesn’t show in the Add section.
I quit the Hub from the tray and restarted it after it had been updated.

@ We actually ran into an edge case with the latest 2019.3 where it would have appeared as an official release although it’s still in release candidate phase. Although on the surface it’s still the same issue as before it was caused by an unusual event.
As usual I apologize for this. We’re not avoiding the issue, it’s just that we haven’t reached the point where the process will be reliable and automated. Hopefully these will be less and less frequent.
