Unity Hub 3.0.1 - blank browser screen trying to sign in

I just updated to 3.0.1 from 2.4.5

After installing the “sign in” button appears on the Unity hub app.
I click on sign in and put username / password in and then a browser window appears with a blank page and nothing happens from there.

Have uninstalled, reinstalled. Cleared cache on browser, switched browsers, uninstalled, rebooted tried again.

I’m losing tons of time on this.

I can open project with a given unity version executable. But now I am afraid to update the hub on win 11.

Has anyone encountered and solved this?

one thing I did to fix this was to use a VPN for signing in.
but after a while it gets frustrating so I recommend switching back to 2.4.5.
