Unity Hub does not run

Hi, i have a problem
Version 0.11 was run, but the license could not activate.
I was waiting a new version, which fix the problem of licenses, but version 0.12 does not run, it appears in the task manager and disappears for 3 seconds.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues launching the Hub. Did you download version 0.12 through a new installer or the auto-update?

Ok, is it possible the previous Hub was still running when you tried launching the new one? If you haven’t already, restarting your computer may also fix the issue.

I deleted the Hub 0.11, and install 0.12.
Computer already rebooted, the installation was made the day before yesterday.

Sorry for the experience you had so far.
Is it a Windows machine? If yes, we fixed a license issue regarding the windows machines that in 0.12.0 does not start the hub.
It looks like it should fix your case. The fix will be shipped in 0.13.0. Stay tuned for the updates.

We have given up on this
Unity install does not provide Mac Build Option
Unity HUB does not also - and also does not work most of the time- it also does not install Unity when we try it

So we are basically left with suing Unity 2017 as long as we can

When you install a version in the install tab you don’t see the Mac build option in the components window?

Can you report a bug to give us details on the problem regarding the installation that fails you’re experiencing? To report a bug use the system tray and click on the ‘Report a bug button’. This way we will receive logs and evaluate what is happening.
