Unity Hub does not Store Target Platform

The Hub is not saving the Target Platform. Nor is it using the target set in the Project. If you open an Android project it converts it to a windows build. I have to set the Hub to Android every time I open the project to prevent it. Also stop forcing us to use the hub. I click on a Unity Editor icon and it opens up the Hub. The Hub should be OPTIONAL…
