Unity Hub doesn't start

So I installed the latest version of the hub and it doesnt really start. (Task-manager says its in the background and no window opens.) I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, didnt work, I tried rebooting my PC, didnt work. I really dont know what to do.

(Im on windows 10)
