Unity Hub "Download failed: read ECONNRESET" since version 3.5 when trying to download Unity Editor

Hello,

I have posted all the details in another post here :

but I wanted to post something in the relevant forum section as well.

All the details are in the post mentioned above.
Proxy and firewall do not seem to be the issue, everything was working fine before upgrading to Hub v3.5.1

did u try the hub they mention , is it solved or not
