Unity hub failing download and Unity build failing

This is my first time using unity, i followed all the steps from the tutorial but unity keeps saying build failed and unity hub says my installation failed for Windows Platform Build Support and Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019. I’ve been trying to search for help but nothing has been working. I’ve tried redownloading Windows Platform Build Support and Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019, and I can’t find any help with unity saying my build failed. Please help
