There is an extra space in the local install path for the download button. Hence, Unity Hub fails to download it. Any other way I can download the project?

Have you tried downloading it from the Asset Store?
I tried, but it asks me to open in Unity Editor, which doesn’t open.
However, I fixed this by making a new project and importing that content pack directly from the asset store in the editor.
