Unity Hub "Illegal Instruction" on Debian when running headless

Hi,

I am using a Debian distribution and succesfully installed unityhub with apt (instructions followed are here : Install the Unity Hub | Unity Hub | 3.0).

This machine is a server, with this specification:

  • OS: Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) x86_64
  • Kernel: 5.10.0-28-cloud-amd64
  • Host: OpenStack Nova 19.3.2
  • CPU: Intel (Haswell, no TSX) (4) @ 2.394GHz

When I try to run unityhub with this command : “unityhub --headless”, I end up with an “Illegal Instruction”. I tried with different arguments, but I always end up with this error.

Is there an issue with the hub distributed with apt? Is there an incompatibility with my system?

Thanks.
