Unity Hub : machine identification is invalid for current license.

The Unity Hub system is faulty.I cannot activate the license again. I cannot manually activate with the license file. I deleted the Unity license file, I installed the program 2-3 times over. It did not. There is a huge problem with the license. Is there anyone who understands this job to help?

License activation issues "Machine identification is invalid for current license"

I just did a clean install of Windows 10 x64, installed all of the updates and drivers. Installed Unity Hub, logged in and tried to activate a new license. When doing it through ‘Activate New License’ > Unity Personal > “I don’t use Unity in a professional capacity”, I get “Your license sucessfully activated”, next message “Machine identification is invalid for current license”. ‘Manual Activation’(completely new license, I didn’t save my old one) - “Invalid license file” I went through every…
