Unity Hub not working (SOLVED)

Hello,

I just now reinstalled windows 10 on my pc and thought I would play around with Unity once again.
Problem is that after I install the Unity Hub it just doesent open.
The installation seems to work. And when its finished it asks the standart question “start programm now”.
The Unity Hub windows just doesent appear.
However in the taskmanager there is a Unity Hub process running. Not doing anything apparently cause its values interms of ram usage stay the same.

Pls help

1. Uninstall Unity Hub
2. Download and Install x86 x64 Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015
3. Reboot your PC
4. Install Unity Hub
