our team both use Mac & Windows . and for now Unity Hub not show the same version in two platform.
Win:
Mac:
so for
LTS.
Windows: 2020.3.18f1c1
Mac: 2020.3.19f1
Last:
Windows: 2021.1.22f1c1
Mac: 2021.1.22f1

PS: it’s happen both in 2.x version and 3.x(beta) version.

I know for sure that you can download the specific version you want from the version archive here: Download Archive
As for the version mismatch, it may be that Unity’s main versions arrive to the platforms all on time, but minor versions may trickle in. I’ve seen this with other engines as well.
