Unity HUB sign in "Duplicate Phone"

Since there is that smart login into Unity and probably all of those working for several projects a day for several clients have to login/logout several of time as super inefficient that could be.

I have now that “Connect with your mobile” showing up for 2 about weeks, and I have to extra input a phone number.

Seriously…

But now a new message shows up : “Duplicate Phone” which doesn’t mean anything, and I cannot access to Services at all.

“unity3d hub login mobile duplicate phone” gives nothing in google.

I cannot login, I cannot work. :slight_smile:
Awwwwww…

Please, easy on logins, and all those popups that spam Unity for the past 2-3 years…

Even this morning my internet was super unstable, and I couldn’t even access any project from Unity HUB, even opening it again, list remained empty…

Anyway, one problem at the time, “Duplicate Phone” please :slight_smile:

And right after writing this post, I try login in again and the UIX even changed.

Even giving it more try :

  1. the Phone login label is not clickable.
  2. and using email login always leads to the phone input and I am stucked here.

Wondering who using WeChat in Asia from that green icon below.
Been 10 years in Japan, and now living in Thailand, never heard of it at all.
Call it What’s app or Line :slight_smile:

Still cannot login :

  • cannot access to Store.
  • cannot access to Service.

I also encountered this problem, I don’t know how to solve it
