Unity Hub - sign in with Google account fails

I’ve installed the newest version of Unity Hub for Mac and try to sign in to my account with my Google account.

When I chose “Sign in with Google” I can enter my Google account credentials and then it fails with the following message:

“You are trying to sign in from a browser or app that doesn’t allow us to keep your account secure.Try using a different browser.”

I’ve already tried enabling “Allow login from less secure app” in my Google settings and it still fails.

It’s not a great customer experience to buy an asset in the store and then not be able to use it because the login doesn’t work and there is no way to download bought assets without being logged in to the same account that made the purchase!

Hey, I’ve run into this issue too. I sent in a bug report and support told me that it was a problem with either windows firewall, or my network. As far as I can tell it’s neither of them but I haven’t gotten any more feedback.

Did you come up with a solution for this?
