I saw a free Novel Maker asset:
which states it needs Unity 4 (not higher)
i installed unity hub 2.3.2
What do i need to do to install the Noval Maker and get the 4.0 version in unity hub?

But be prepared, you won’t get any support and with the exception of one or two, we all left those version behind many years ago so we won’t be able to help you either.
