Unity Hub / Unity 2019.1 Lightweight RP Template lists 26+ errors

Hey guys! So I’ve never had trouble with Unity in the past but today I clean installed Unity Hub and Unity 2019.1.

I have no idea why since it’s a fresh install,

I fixed it by deleting anything related to Unity in %AppData%
