Unity Hub Version Install Hangs at 99% indefinitely

Hi,

I’ve downloaded and installed unity hub and when opening Unity Hub and then trying to add a Version (Any of them they all are affected). It starts to install then indefinitely hangs at 99% for HOURS.

I’ve uninstalled / re-installed unity hub countless of times same problem. Installed Unity Hub as an administrator, unity hub as an administrator, ran it not as an administrator, disabled windows defender. Any combination of this while shutting down and restarting my laptop issue is still present. This is increasingly frustrating as Unity works perfectly fine on my PC but now I want it on my laptop so I can code while not holed up in my office.

I’m on Windows 10 64bit home edition in case that comes up.
