Unity hub windows missing projects seen in cloud dot unity dot com

I’m a teacher of high school students learning unity. Go easy on us here. I may have a bug or this may be human error. Student logs on to cloud.unity.com and they can see 9 projects. When they logon to windows 10 pc, and launch unity hub ( yes it’s the most recent 3.9.1 ) Student is logged into unity hub. We see only 3 of those 9 projects in hub when we use the button. “add from repository” . Plastic is also the most recent. ( Plastic SCM - Download Plastic SCM ) Unity Editors installed are most recent LTS of 2021 and 2022. ( the missing projects are authored in LTS 2021 ) ( note the “refresh repositories” ) button does not resolve this bug. Is there a way to do a hard “refresh” - and my last footnote is that we don’t see a way to delete items from the list seen in the hub.

Hey,

Thanks for getting in touch!

Cloud Save is Unity service for persisting player or game data. Since this looks like an issue related to version control, I’ve contacted their team.

They use a ticketing system, so could you please send a support ticket by emailing devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com? They’ll be able to assist you from there.

Thanks,

Jamie
