,I’m having an issue signing into the unity hub, every time I try it gives me the message “Something went wrong. Please sign in again.”. I don’t know why this is happening or how to fix it. Please let me know.

I had the same problem some time ago, and for me the solution was to open plastic SCM and log in from there before doing it from unity, I think there is some integration problem.
