Unity Hub won't open project

Hi, I’m learning unity and I have this project that I can open when I first installing unity hub. But now it keep rejecting my license and If i reinserted my license it just close the hub start screen but then the program itself didn’t start at all. There’s no unity hub logo like before and even if I try to wait whole day it still won’t open.

Unity isn’t even listed anywhere in my task manager.
Please help
