We would prefer to address your issue separately if the release is not working for you. There is no substitute for keeping frequent backups. Before upgrading a component, it’s a good idea to copy the project folder for this reason. Please open a separate thread and we can look at your issue.

Confirmed here, issues with Unity IAP 1.21 on Android
iOS is fine.
Error in Android Monitor :
A/zygote(10238): indirect_reference_table.cc:59] JNI ERROR (app bug): accessed stale Local 0x9 (index 0 in a table of size 0)
