Unity Immediately Closes When Creating/Opening a "3D" Project

Over the last couple days I have not been able to get any Unity project to open. Things have working completely fine before then. I have gone through and tried different editors. I thought it might have been a licensing issues so I went through the steps to manual install my license. I even tried a fresh install of Windows 10. But nothing has worked. I do believe I have narrowed down the cause but I do not know what the solution may be.

I have been able to get a blank “2D” project to open just fine. When I try adding a skybox material to the environment lighting, the editor starts to try baking but the project immediately closes afterward. I noticed that with my other 3D projects that when they open the editor tries to bake the scenes lighting or whatever it does when a scene with baked lighting is opened and the project immediately closes as well.

Is this a GPU issue or a package issue? Is there a possible work around for 3D scenes that have lighting in them? Attached is one of my logs from adding a skybox material to a blank 2D project scene.

No idea but it looks like an assert is being triggered
I assume you can turn off automatic bake lightmaps (I’ve never used lightmaps)

perhaps manually delete the lighting info from the scene

OK so it looks like you can turn it off, does it crash then. And if it does not then does it crash when you press ‘generate lighting’

So if I go and create New Lighting Settings and disable baked GI or uncheck everything and I add any skybox material and then I press generate lighting it still crashes. If I press generate lighting without a skybox material it does not crash.
