Unity Import Scale Issues

I’m having an issue where the object I import have it’s scale off from the other objects and I can’t figure out why.

The top one is the one that imported properly and the bottom one is where I’m having issues.

I’ve only ever seen this happen when I forget to scale an object in my 3d program correctly. Correct method of scaling is to do so by subobject mode (verts,edges,or faces), not object mode.

Not sure what you use for your 3d program, but in max there is a reset xform modifier to correct this issue.
