Unity Installer problem thing

Ok. So, I got unity because I wanted to make a 3d game, and it looked like it would do the job, plus lots of people recomended it. So I downloaded the unity hub, and when I tried to create a project, it told me I needed an installer first. So I made the installer with the option for Mac support. When I loaded the installer however, it would simply disappear. No errors, no popups, it just vanished without a trace. I then tried to make an installer on the website, and imported it into the unity hub, but the same thing happened. It downloaded then poof, gone. I have already tried uninstalling then renstalling with the same results. I really want to use unity, as all the other game engines are kinda trash. Please help my poor soul. TIA

Edit: As of now, unity has been uninstalled again in case I did something wrong.

Is your computer specs supported by Unity? What do you mean by “So I made the installer”? What does Unity Hub do exactly when you install a version of Unity? Do you have sufficient disk space, and what version of Unity are you trying to install?

I am unsure if my specs are supported by unity. There is this thing on the unity hub called create a new installer, I am not sure what that is but it is apparently mandatory to run unity. This installer thing will not run at all, I can make one but it will just disappear. I have upgraded my disk space about a month ago and have about 50 gigs left at least. I am trying to install version 2019.3 I think, as that is the latest version I can find.
