Unity instance missing in "Attach Unity Debugger"

When I click on “Attach Unity Debugger” in VS 2017 the list is empty!
This Unity instance missing in "Attach Unity Debugger", Visual Studio 2013. How do I fix this? - Questions & Answers - Unity Discussions don’t work: doesn’t exist “Visual Studio Tools”.
This happens from Unity 2020 LTS.

Also, try update the VSCode package inside of Unity: Window → Package Manager → Search for Visual Studio Code Editor → Press the Update button
