Hi everyone. ive been trying to do animation in my fps game in unity. but ANY animation i import into unity in a .blend or .fbx file is acting crazy. In blender my animations work perfectly. but the second i put it into unity it does its own thing. spent so much time redoing animations from scratch. ive tried blender 2.74 and 2.75. I ve attached what im getting with both the .blend and .fbx. ive check other posts but none have clear cut solutions. this is the animation in blender, .fbx in unity, .blend in unity 5 respectively :
Hello aeroAce, yeah i parented the for example the magazine/clip of the gun to a bone in pose mode. what do you mean by transform on the gun? i just made the gun, did the armature and parenting and then started the keyframe animation. then exported
To test the transform of the gun, Clear the location rotation and scale. The handle of the gun should reset to the center of the scene. That means the gun’s origin is set correctly. Then, you parent the gun to the appropriate hand bone, and reset its transformt o get it to the right position.
