Unity is not able to Generate colliders for FBX file from Maya

Hi All,

I have problem. I have imported FBX file from Maya. In FBX imported of Unity, I have selected “Generate Colliders” check box. But Whem FBX file was imported, I have found that colliders were not generated. Does any one have idea that what kind of setting I need to do in Maya, so that colliders will be generated while importing in Unity?

Does it give you any warning?

It is not giving any warning.

  1. I have imported the 3D model in FBX form
  2. In FBX importer setting, I selected the check box to generate the colliders.
  3. I have ave used First Person Controller in 3D, but as Mesh colliders are not generated, My camears keeps going down.
  4. I have mannually added Mesh collider to keep the Camera in place.

Let me know why Mesh coliders are not generated automatically especially when I have selectd option to Generate Mesh collideers in FBX importer setting.
