Unity keeps importing forever on first time I launch my project.

So, Unity keeps importing forever my project the first time I open it . After closing Unity (via taskbar) and relaunching, it opens normally.
If I restart computer, and launch project (I use UnityHub), the issue reproduces.

I tried:
reseting layout
removing temporary folder: lib, logs, etc.

It keeps happening all the time…

Same, every time I restart the PC, I wait dozens of minutes to reopen the projects.
This is happening for a really long time, so I assume it is the default behavior.

The second time you open it, without restarting, does it take the same time?

In my case, the first time it never opens and stay forever.
The second time it opens normally, in a matter of seconds.

The second time it opens normally in a few seconds. So I assume the project is cached in the library folder most likely, but I don’t understand why it needs to reimport the project on PC restart.

In case it may help anyone, issue seems gone:

I upgraded UnityHub to beta version
I reset my project git
I removed all the unnecesary folders: temp, library, logs
I created an empty fresh scene and reseted layout

Exit Unity, restart PC and after all the above it worked back as usual.

I’ve tried 3 different versions of unity and every time it takes a VERY long time to launch. And while it is launching it slows down elements of my PC - Task bar takes about 10 seconds to open, google chrome slows right down or barely works.

Has been stuck like this for 10 minutes already on first time launch of a new project.
