Unity launching fail...

I use Unity 2017.1 pro.

A few days ago, Unity did not run. Attach the console log. I have added 127.0.0.1 update.unity3d.com to the hosts to fix this problem. I want to know how to solve this problem fundamentally.

Once you disconnect the network, you can run Unity Editor.
