Yesterday I was still able to complete task and progress normally.
But now it does not mark my previous progress and also can’t mark anything as complete in missions.

Don’t know why but this issue was resolved now, I’m able to continue this pathway.

I’m having the same problem, it happens seemingly at random, but once it happens I cannot continue to the next part of the pathway.
@jconwa20 are you still having this issue? Which pathway are you trying to complete?
Sorry to interject , but this problem seems to be occurring to me currently or at least similar in the Junior Programming pathway and Roll-a-Ball course where some lessons are able to cleared and some not even when attempting to clear one by one or clear all. I also remember being 50% in the pathway and it dropped thus noticing the problem and attempting to re-clear them but it does not reflect that at all after doing so. This prevented me from the course completion for reference (never reaches 100%) and dropped the percentage in the pathway.
Yes, the problem is not gone. It is present throughout the Pathway Unity Essentials course.
