Hey Users, I am new to Unity and am Trying out different things one of which is Unity Learn Pathways to clear my basics, I was going through the Essentials of Unity Pathways for the past week, and had done pretty much everything upto 2D essentials, only mission left was publishing essentials, until today when the essentials learning pathway website stopped tracking my progress and is showing 0 % completion. I am using the 2022.03 version and no matter how many times i clear my missions and mark them as complete it is not recognizing them as completed and is still showing 0% completed.
Also the publishing essentials page is not found when i click them on my editor version, it is functional though in the 6.0 version of editor
I can confirm that I am experiencing the same thing. I was able to work through the Junior Programmer pathway the past two days. Today specifically, the lecture units are NOT updating when marked complete.
I use the Brave browser, but switched over to troubleshoot on Chrome. The same issue persists. Marking the lecture units as “complete”, resets them when switching over to the next lecture or refreshing the page.
Hey I’m having the same experience here! very frustrating, I was doing my Junior Programmer Pathway and suddenly it is totally gone. Any help from the staff here?
Hey an update…I just logged in today in the unity essentials pathways and was doing the publishing essentials with 6.0 version since it was not available on the 2023.03 version..well it worked, i found out that the mark the steps button was working and just speedran through all the modules by marking them all as complete. I dont know what happened or what fixed the bug maybe they did patched it but yeah try it now.
Hello everyone. Thank you for reporting the issues of pathways not working, Learn Engineering team has released a fix for it a couple of days ago (Monday July 14th). If you could please check again and confirm that the pathways are working and your progress is back up, that would be helpful for us.
We are still investigating the issue with 2023.03 version of Essentials Publishing mission not being available @Blaze_faisal. Stay tuned.
Hey everyone, just a quick update to say that the issue with version “2022.3” of the pathway has been fixed. Please let us know if you continue to see the issue.
Hello everyone, I logged in today, after some days, and I found some changes in the interface. The result is, again, that the system does not correctly track the pathway. This is starting to become frustrating. Now I lost my progression within the final tutorial which I was carrying on last week. Not a big problem, since it was a 15 minutes long tutorial, so I re-marked the steps and completed it, only to find out that there is no more a method to directly pass to the next tutorial (the countdown that led you to the next steps). Now I have to return to the page where my progressions are listed, and then I have to manually select the next tutorial, but the one just completed (the 15 minutes long tutorial) has not been stored as completd, so the system does not track the new progressions. This is the fourth time I face this issue (or similar) in the last year.
Hello - my apologies for missing this reply, can you please let me know of a) which pathway you are having issue with and b) which tutorial within the pathway is causing the progress to reset? We will start the investigation this week but may need additional information.

At the end of the last task in the final chapter of each mission, there is a “Pathway completion details” button. Clicking it results in a red error message: “All content must be completed.”
The “Pathway completion details” button only appears if all chapters in the mission are fully marked as completed.
Additionally, at the end of each mission, there is a “Quiz”, which leads to a 404 error page.
I’m having the same issues. Yesterday I was finishing Lesson 4.4 from Junior Programmer and today i have 0% completed. It’s kinda frustrating and I know that the important thing is that we learn but I like the way it’s suppossed to be, the pathway, earning XP and badges and all the stuff.. I’ve earned all the badges from the lessons before but now I have the badges but 0% completed LMAO. Can you fix this please? Thank you!
This pathways bug seems to still be a problem. Working on the “Unity Essentials” pathway, on the first “Add a Movement Script” section of the “Programming Essentials” mission. I did the quiz for the “Audio Essentials” mission last week and it was marked as complete. But now when I try to continue, I can’t mark anything complete, it just hangs on the loading wheel after clicking. Upon looking back at the previous section, the link to the quiz seems broken, as noted above. When you force your way into the quiz from the content outline page, there isn’t a working link to the next section as well, it just loops you back to the beginning of the Audio section.
Hello jeesun and Kirk, I apologize for the late reply but I got a lot of work to do, before the summer break.
The pathway is “Junior Programmer” and the mission is: Mission 7 - Manage flow and data → tutorial - set up version control. It seems to work now, the xp and badges seem to be restored and correclty aligned with my progression. Thanks a lot guys, for your interest and support.
