Unity leaves a messy trail of mess all over your drives!!!

So I’m starting to notice a lot of problems with unity it can be very annoying! So you can start a new project using Unity Hub or you can start a new project without the hub, direct. So via the Hub, you can set your desired file path but I recently realized if you start a new project without the hub then it decided it wants to use the default location on the c: drive. I notice bugs all the time even the user interface just randomly changes sometimes I save a project then it’s gone but the files are still there. Getting back to the trail of mess Unity leaves, even when I clean up its mess by deleting the files I still notice something is consuming huge amounts of space, then I uninstall unity and Yay i have space again on the drive it’s not meant to be saving to!! Like what the hell. Unity saves junk all over the place, I have a dedicated SSD for unity only and have the E: path set in the Hub and yet it randomly decides to save one random project on C:.
Suck a messy program seems like it has been thrown together by a bunch of different departments with no head department coordinating them to fuse together properly!!!

Which release of Unity? Most of the time when people say this they’ve accidentally downloaded an alpha or beta.

Unity is completely dependent on the hub now.

I currently have Unity Hub and Unity 2019.2 installed and they only add up to 6GB. Only thing I can think of is you installed every additional component and/or Visual Studio.

I use sublime text with snippets ftw.

Never seen Unity create a project where I didnt want it to unless the cockup was mine.
