Unity License

From the license agreement:
“(iv) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;”

When doing a build, Am I allowed to edit the “about thingy” (.nib) to add my own logo and other credits?.

Does this also mean that the Unity logo and ageia logo info(etc.) should remain there?

Thanks,
Ray

You are allowed to modify the dialog as long as you keep the Unity Logo and Ageia logo in the dialog. You also need to keep the copyright.

Apart from that you can add as much as you want.

What about the mono stuff?

“(iv) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;”
If this is the part of the license that applies, I’d guess that means:
Don’t remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

Which means, don’t remove anything, but you can add stuff. If there is a mono notice in the about box, I’d guess don’t remove it.

You’ll have to wait for an official answer, but it seems pretty straight forward.

I think that any open source software that you used must be stated and the approriate copyright must be included.

But I could be wrong.
