Unity Livestreaming

I was wondering if its possible to livestream from within Unity while my game is running after build.
Basically , i would like to stream my game on all mobile platforms while it is being played on Windows Desktop.
I have tried Opensource s/w i.e OpenBroadCaster s/w for streaming but i would like to know if this can be done without use of an external s/w.
Any Help appreciated.
