Where can I find an offical Unity logo (with transparency) for use in videos / presentations?

It’s called press kit, should be on their site or Google it
Be aware that Unity’s logos are trademarked and you must have permission from them to be able to use them. You can’t just start applying them to your YouTube videos. Trademarks require active policing on the part of the owner to maintain them. If you use them without permission be prepared to deal with their legal department.

Im not a lawyer, but for editorial and informational use its ok without permission. So if your material is of that nature its ok. Its not ok for PR material but devlog could be ok for example since its informational in nature.
I see the Unity logo in all kinds of tutorial videos for years. It must be OK for that.
Tutorial videos are informational so thats OK.
edit: Unity license agreement can not override that. BUT, and its a big but, you need expensive lawyers to get in the clear if Unity chooses to pursuit.
