Unity Muse Points - when are they consumed?

So Ive started my Muse trial yesterday and I am experimenting with what it can and can’t do. One of the first questions I asked it was about how are Muse Points being used and It told me that they are used only when using Sprite or Material generators not when using the chat.
Now after a fun day yesterday I double checked to see my balance and I saw this:

Muse is convinced that this is an error and encourages me to contact Unity Support. Should I do that?
