Unity not downloading

Currently trying to install Unity and running into a few issues.

Last week my main PC packed it in and I’m yet to fix it, so I’m using my back-up laptop, Windows 7 SP1. The PC had the same OS and never had an issue downloading or running Unity.

When I try to install the current version 2019.1.9f1 or the more recent beta the download begins as expected, but never finishes (see the blue progress bar never quite reaches 100%, more like 99%). If I try to install a previous version I get an error message.

Check your antivirus and administration permissions.

redownload it again maybe it will work or check for your antivirus

Try seeing if there is any other versions running or change to 32-bit
