However, when I click Next, I see the “Updating License” and “Activation” messages appear in the window… and then it brings me back to the screen shown in the second screenshot. Clicking Next after that doesn’t do anything.
I’ve also tried Manual Activation… when I download the .ulf from the website, and click Load License in the Unity activation window, I get the message “License file loaded successfully” and again, nothing happens. I remain on that screen with nothing to press to move forward.
Well, we got a new key from our publisher, and it worked instantly. Doesn’t really address what happened with the above, but at least I can use Unity now.
If you could email your serial number (the one that needed reactivation) to support@unity3d.com that would be wonderful! The team is anticipating your email and can check what went wrong
