Unity on bootable USB Linux?

Hello,
I’m a student and I move computers a lot. Whenever I get a break from studying, I would like to develop with Unity. For this purpose, I made my USB stick boot-able. For windows, I have to re-register Unity on every PC. If I had my own OS which I move to different PCs and had Unity installed there, would I need to re-register Unity every time anyway (on portable Linux)?

Oh yeah, and I launch my Linux directly from the boot menu, not through Windows.

PS. I haven’t tried anything yet, because this could be a waste of my precious time if it failed.

if the licence is per machine, then thats exactly what it means. i dont think youll be able to do that.

also, unity isnt available for linux anyway, so its kinda moot. and ive had no luck using it through wine.

sorry
