This week, I finally found some time to set up Linux on my workstation. First tried Kubuntu, but when the KDE Plasma 5 UI went bonkers on me I returned to what I know and love. Gentoo Linux.
Just reporting that with KDE 4 SC, it was a breeze to set up and everything is working really well. Also installed Steam, Visual Studio Code and Blender alongside Unity.
I still have to try doing real work on my new system this weekend, but so far I’m pretty happy
